  1. make an eligible purchase from City Beach;
  2. leave a genuine review of their purchased product or shopping experience via the review invitation, review platform, email, website review form or other review method nominated by City Beach during the relevant weekly entry period; and
  3. provide the email address or details required to match the review to the eligible order.

There is no additional cost to enter the Promotion. Any purchase required to participate must be made at the normal retail price, and internet access costs are the entrant's responsibility.

6. Review requirements

Reviews must be genuine, honest and based on the entrant's own experience.

Entry is not conditional on leaving a positive review. Positive, neutral and negative reviews are all eligible, provided they are genuine and comply with these Terms & Conditions.

8. Prize

Each weekly winner will receive a refund equal to the value of their eligible winning order, up to a maximum prize value of $500.

The refunded amount will be based on the final amount paid for the eligible order, after discounts, credits, returns, cancellations or refunds have been applied.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prize excludes any amounts not paid by the winner, gift cards or store credits used, third-party charges, additional postage costs, return postage, duties, taxes, or any fees not charged by the Promoter.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. The Promoter's decision regarding prize value is final, subject to applicable law.

9. Draw details

One winner will be selected by random draw every Thursday at the Promoter's premises.

The draw will include all valid entries received during the relevant weekly entry period.

If a scheduled draw falls on a public holiday or cannot reasonably take place, the draw may be conducted on the next business day.

10. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted by email using the email address linked to their eligible order or review entry within 5 business days of the draw.

The winner may be required to verify their identity, order details and eligibility before the prize is awarded.

11. Prize fulfilment

Once the winner's eligibility has been verified, the Promoter will refund the eligible winning order to the original payment method, where possible, within 10 business days.

If the original payment method is unavailable, the Promoter may provide the refund by another reasonable method.

12. Unclaimed or invalid prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.

13. Returns, cancellations and refunds

If an order is cancelled, returned or fully refunded before the draw, the associated entry may be deemed invalid.

If an order is partially returned or partially refunded before the prize is awarded, the prize value will be reduced to reflect the final amount paid for the retained items.

17. Changes, suspension or cancellation
