Nope! If you already have an account with us but are not yet part of City Beach Rewards, simply log-in and go to your Account Page here to opt-in. Once opted-in, you're ready to go and can start earning reward points straight away.

Note: If you have more than one customer account, make sure you're logged in with the email address you want the points to be assigned to when making a purchase. We unfortunately can't re-allocate reward points to a different account.

Rewards, points, redemptions, and bonuses all live on your personalised City Beach Rewards Account Page here. You can also see how many points you've reached and see a transaction history of all points transfers and voucher redemptions.

For purchases placed online, we can backdate points 14 days from sign up.

For purchases made in store, if you requested an online receipt to be sent to your email address, we can backdate points 14 days from sign up. We unfortunately cannot do this if you did not request an emailed receipt.

No, it's 100% free to join City Beach Rewards.

City Beach Rewards points are valid for 12 months from the date of transaction.

City Beach Rewards vouchers are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

To redeem your rewards online, enter the voucher code at checkout and it will automatically be applied if the value of your cart exceeds $50.

Redeemed reward codes are unique and can only be used once. And don't forget, reward codes expire, so make sure you use it before the expiry date.
