I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
In the unlikely case that your order hasn’t arrived and it has bypassed the delivery timeframe for your chosen method of shipping, reach out to our Customer Service Team via our Contact Us Form
and they will get in touch with the shipping provider to investigate. We need to allow the courier company to complete their investigation before we can take any further action but don’t stress, we will keep you updated throughout the process.
