About City Beach
City Beach has been a presence in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1991. First founded in Emeryville as an indoor volleyball court and event facility, City Beach was expanded into Santa Clara in 1995, where we launched our thriving Junior Volleyball League. In 2001, City Beach in Fremont celebrated its grand opening. Today, we operate in both the Santa Clara and Fremont facilities, providing fun and entertainment as well as opportunities to grow, engage and improve your relationships.
As our business grew over the years, we began to realize more and more that it was never about the products we were selling; indeed, it was the true friendships and a sense of community that City Beach spawned that was so appealing to our guests. That’s the City Beach magic that exists today!
Our people are the heart and soul of what makes City Beach special and why we have touched so many lives. Simply put, our people love people! To simply satisfy is not their goal…to amaze and “Wow” is what they strive for. Our people come together from many different walks of life with varying pursuits and ambitions, but what unifies them at City Beach is their common passion for people and the experience of bringing them together.
