Cary Riter is the founder of City Beach and embodies the vision and the culture of the organization. Cary graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 1983 where he played and captained their Men's volleyball team to a national ranking in Division I. After graduating with a degree in business, Cary entered the business world as a real estate investment advisor and broker. After a ten year tenure in the industry Cary started developing the City Beach concept along with his three brothers Steve, Greg and Michael who all shared the same passions and desire to control their own destinies. Cary lives in Pleasanton with his wife Kimberlea and their daughter Alexandra. |

Steve Riter (the suit) is co-founder of City Beach. Steve's primary responsibilities include evaluating and setting financial goals and needs for the company, as well as managing the acquisition and opening of future sites. Steve graduated from Brigham Young University in 1981 with a degree in Business Finance. Steve is married to Kristen Bacigalupi and has four children, Whitney, Trace, Elan and Steele. |

Gregory Riter (yet another brother) came on board at the inception of City Beach Emeryville. Greg's background in the restaurant and catering industry allowed City Beach to enter into the corporate event business. Greg is married to Libby, who is also a contributor to City Beach corporate events, and has a son Dillan, a dog Ellie May and a cat Mickey. |

Michael Riter (The little brother) is head of operations at City Beach. As the nuts and bolts man, Michael strives to achieve top quality programs and services and the seamless execution of the myriad of details involved in the operations. Michael lives in Pleasanton with his wife Nancy, their two daughters Michaela and Samantha and son Max. Oh yeah, and a Cockatiel named Dude. |
