Rock Club Attendant Attention climbers! Let your talent and skills shine when you join our Rock Club as a guest services representative! In this position you will operate the central communication center of City Beach (Front Reception Desk) and the 16,000 square foot Rock Club. This position must professionally manage all customer inquiries (by phone and in person), provide accurate information about all City Beach products and services, and direct customers to the appropriate City Beach resource(s) to have their needs met. This position is customer service centered and includes selling and promoting rock climbing classes, clinics and club memberships and monitoring gym safety. We're looking for talented and customer-focused individuals, who listen carefully to our guests' needs, climbing objectives, and plans, and then not only help make their climbing experience great, but to be even better than they expected! You will learn more about City Beach product offerings including promotion of the Rock Gym, memberships, and court rentals. While learning more about City Beach products you'll create memorable experiences such as instructing climbing classes, building relationships, meeting and directing guests, and help guide our celebrations, and so much more!
